My Hobbies

I am M Shravya Bhat. I live in Vidyanagar, Toranagallu, Bellary. I study in class 8 of JVM school.

Hobbies are the activities which give us enjoyment. In our daily life we have many activities which we do for our enjoyment not for others. It is like a stress burster. Everyone need to find their hobbies and work on them in more creativity to become good in that hobby

Here are my hobbies:



Writing

I love writing poems and stories. Sometimes a deep thoughts inspire me to write the poems. When I wonder I get some topics in my mind. I choose a best topic. I try to think about that and make an outline of what i should include in my poem. Then when I take a pen and my paper I note down all the things in my mind as a poem.

I treat this hobby as a blessing from god. I try to improve my grammar and vocabulary to get the best result of my poems.

I also like to read books ranging from the story books to subject related books. The story books or the novel always attract me. I have a lot of intrest in reading the poems written by poets which inspire me a lot or either teaches me a moral. Reading also helps in inprovement of language and vocab.

Listening music is fantastic way to involve ourself in like a peace state of mind. I love to listen music. It is almost like a meditation; We feel fresh after listening music. Listening to music is also good for our health too.

People love to sing. Whether or not they can carry a tune, people seem to understand that there’s something positive — something healthy — in the act of raising their voices in song. Singing is very good for health in many ways. Like it acts like a stree reliever. It improves our immunity. It also improves lungs functioning. And thus it plays a vital role in our daily life. I too love to sing

I am basically a classical dancer. I have passed Bharatanatyam Junior dance exam. I love danceing. Dancing bolsters physical and mental health by helping to prevent falls, improve posture and flexibility, lift mood and ease anxiety. It's also a fun activity that sharpens the mind, increases aerobic power and strength, builds social bonds, and can reduce pain and stiffness.

I love playing cricket. I play with my brother. It reduced risk of obesityas ther will be a need to run all the time. It increases cardiovascular fitness. It helps in healthy growth of bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons.
